Position Overview:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Director of Business Operations and assisting with day-to-day operations. The Operations Specialist will help ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Primary Duties:
- Provide support to the Director of Business Operations as needed.
- Assist in development of company internal projects and order of importance.
- Tracking company internal project progress and deadlines.
- Assist and coordinate with various departments and managers to ensure smooth operations as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of new procedures and various software tools to improve operations. Tools including but not limited to; Acumatica ERP, ClickUp, Tableau, etc.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve reporting and visibility.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any operational issues or concerns.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
- Facilitate communication between departments and overall company on operational improvement plans and implementations.
- Assist as needed with managing calendars and travel bookings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An expert in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
